Before creation was spoken into being, Jesus existed in perfect power and majesty. He stands far above every earthly kingdom, human wisdom, and worldly treasure, possessing a worth beyond all measure. Yet, the supreme Lord of all creation chose to draw near to us in humility and sacrificial love. As we sing these words, we are invited to lift our eyes above our temporary worries and surrender our lives to the One who reigns supreme over all things.
