O God, please listen to my prayer;
Do not ignore my plea.
My anxious thoughts make me distraught;

Like the psalmist, we are invited to bring our raw, unfiltered pain directly to God, knowing He never turns a deaf ear to our cries. Jesus understands the deepest anguish of the human soul, having borne our greatest sorrows on the cross. As you sing, lay down the burdens you were never meant to carry alone, trusting that the Lord hears you and will sustain you.
